The first is the U.S Bank Altitude Connect Visa Signature Card and the second is the Choice Privileges Select Mastercard issued by Wells Fargo. I liked the U.S. Bank Altitude Connect for the welcome offer to earn 50,000 points after spending $2K in the first 120 days. That signup bonus is worth $500 towards travel or cash back, and the $95 annual fee is waived in Year 1. It's also got a great 'general purpose' rewards category of 4X points for travel. I liked the Choice Privileges Select credit card for the 90,000 point welcome offer after spending $3K in the first 3 months. This is a hotel credit card and the signup bonus is worth around $540 towards stays at Choice hotels. The $95 annual fee is waived in Year 1 on this card, too. It also has an Anniversary Bonus of 30,000 points and Automatic Platinum Elite Status (issued in the form of 20 Elite Night Credits)!
