One of the big advantages to using American Express credit cards is the Amex Offers program. Amex Offers are essentially like digital coupons that you can add to your card to earn additional rewards points (Amex Membership Rewards points), statement credits, discounts, etc.
However, if you see the same Amex Offer across multiple Amex cards and add that offer to one of them, the ability to add those duplicate offers to your other cards disappears.
However, there’s a workaround to this, and here’s how it works…
1. Sign up for the MaxRewards app at the Gold level
2. Add & sync your Amex account to the app
3. MaxRewards will automatically activate Amex Offers for you. Since it can do this across multiple Amex cards simultaneously, it bypasses the lag Amex would normally have to prevent the same Offer from being used more than once across different cards.
3. To see all your Offers inside MaxRewards, tap on the Benefits tab on the bottom menu.
4. You can scroll & search to see all the activated offers.
5. Shop at the merchants associated with the offers & receive the additional rewards automatically!
This works whether you have the Amex Platinum Card, Amex Gold Card, Amex Delta credit cards, Amex Marriott credit cards, etc.
Enjoy!
