The Costco Anywhere Visa got a BIG UPDATE! Learn what this change could mean for you and if you should apply for the card (or continue to keep it). Since then, it’s undergone several changes, along with changes to Costco itself. Fast forward to January 19, 2025, the Costco Anywhere Visa now earns 5% cash back on Costco Gas, as well as 4% cash back at other gas stations and EV charging stations, on up to $7,000 of combined spend across these 2 categories per calendar year. After that, you’ll continue earning 1% cash back until it resets in the following year.
