Capital One Venture X KILLS Lounge Access (Big Fees!)

Big changes are coming to the Capital One Venture X, impacting its airport lounge access! The following changes are set to take effect as of February 01, 2026... On the personal card side, Capital One Venture X primary cardholders will still get unlimited access to Capital One Lounges and Priority Pass Lounges. However, you will not be allowed to bring any guests for free. Guests will now cost $35 each at Priority Pass Lounges and $45 each for adults at Capital One Lounges (kids 17 and under will be $25 and kids under 2 years of age will still be free). Going forward, you’ll be able to spend $75,000 per calendar year on your Capital One Venture X to unlock the ability to bring 2 free guests to Capital One Lounges ONLY (Priority Pass Lounges will still require a $35 fee per guest per visit).
