The Chase Sapphire Reserve Priority Pass card is CRAZY! It works so differently than the other Priority Pass cards on other travel credit cards (like the Amex Platinum Card, Capital One Venture X, and others). First of all, make sure you activate your Priority Pass membership via the Chase app. Next, you DO NOT need to create a separate Priority Pass account anymore. In previous years, this was required so you could log into the Priority Pass app to get your digital membership card, browse lounge locations by airport, and more.
