This is BAD news for the Ritz-Carlton Credit Card. The first major blow occurred back on July 01, 2024, when both the Ritz-Carlton Credit Card and the Chase Sapphire Reserve lost access to Priority Pass restaurants, cafes, and markets. But TODAY (Dec. 12, 2025) I received a secure message directly from Chase on my online account. I opened it, and here’s what it said: “Starting January 15th [2026], The Ritz-Carlton Credit Card cardmembers and authorized users may enter Chase Sapphire Lounges by The Club and Priority Pass lounges with up to two guests each for no charge; any additional guests will cost $27 each. To access a lounge, cardmembers must present their valid physical credit card or Priority Pass Digital Membership.” Prior to this major change, Ritz Carlton Credit Cardholders had UNLIMITED guest access to Priority Pass lounges. Going forward, that’ll now be restricted to 2 guests.
