The rumored Amex Platinum $600 Hotel Credit would be issued as two $300, semiannual credits (i.e. Up to $300 January - June and another $300 July - December) each year. It would be valid for Amex Fine Hotels & Resorts hotels as well as Amex’s ‘The Hotel Collection.’ The American Express Platinum Card will likely get additional new benefits along with an increased annual fee.
